The Real Estate & Transactional Department at GSA represents homebuilders, master developers, other landowners, banks and other lenders, contractors, brokers, design-build companies and design consultants in many real estate transactional capacities as to residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments. GSA’s clients include national, regional, public and private companies, as well as individuals and families who have real estate interests.

GSA’s real estate practice areas include:

purchases and sales of real estate for buyers and sellers

leases for retail stores, restaurants, offices, industrial and other properties for landlords and tenants

easements and other documents that are recorded against real estate

formation, operation and dissolution of real estate investment and development entities, including limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations

land use, zoning and entitlement matters

loans secured by real estate, including representation of borrowers, guarantors, banks and other lenders, and including loan modifications, workouts of loans in default, foreclosures and enforcement of loan guaranties and other security

construction, architect, design, engineering and consultant contracts

subdivision matters, including creating master-planned communities and homeowners associations, condominiums, and mixed use and other planned developments
