As a founding partner of Samuels, Green & Steel, LLP, Phil Green joined the firm in 2004 to head the litigation department, with an emphasis on real estate, business and trust litigation. Phil has been practicing in Orange County since 1979, having practiced with the large Los Angeles firm Kindel & Anderson and two well-known Orange County firms, Drummy, Garrett, King & Harrison and Palmieri Tyler.
Phil’s civil litigation practice specializes in most aspects of business and real estate litigation. He represents individuals and entities that include builders, developers, financial institutions, investors, subcontractors, brokers, mortgage companies, homeowner’s associations, property managers, service and design professionals, retail establishments, trusts, charities and media companies.
Phil’s philosophy for best protecting clients and creating winning strategies is centered on extensive but efficient preparation. He has been lead counsel in dozens of trials, arbitrations and appeals, and has a high and documented success rate.
In 1998 Phil also established an informal legal network that includes 15 well-known Orange County attorneys, each of whom specializes in one area of law. The group meets monthly and promotes legal education and business referral among its members.
