Marty Stein has been associated with Samuels, Green & Steel, LLP, since July 2001, and has over thirty years’ experience in advising clients on the planning, development, and governance of residential, commercial and mixed-use common interest developments in Northern and Southern California.
Marty’s clients range from small builders and investors to public builders, with projects ranging in size from duplex and triplex condominiums in the coastal areas, to golf course communities and master planned communities. He also advises lending institutions and private investors in the disposition of distressed properties acquired in workout situations or by foreclosure.
Marty’s practice includes drafting management documents for condominiums, condominium conversions, planned developments, mixed-use developments and master planned communities, assisting both the master developers and third-party merchant builders, and regularly advises his clients on compliance matters involving the California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) and other regulatory agencies.
Marty is a longtime member of the Riverside/Baldy View Chapter BRE Committee and has been a panelist in seminars sponsored by the Building Industry Association and the Community Associations Institute.
